I don't believe in politicians that stay to long in a ruling position neither... Inevitably they will become corrupted by the system...

What I do believe is that everyone of us, should give 3 to 5 years of our lifes to give back to society, and then to move on to give turn to the next one.

I totally agree with you that the politician exists because of us. That's depend on who we elect and how do his work as an elected politician. We should really choose a leader whose heart is for public service and not for their own interest to candidate again in the next and next election.

@Pedro, Vou responder em portugues uma vez que esse mesmo artigo está em portugues...

Acho extremamente redutor por parte do Marco, reduzir as eleiçoes a um ponto da agenda politica. Quando voto num partido voto num pacote alargado de politicas e não numa unica politica. É redutor e demagogico resumir as eleiçoes a este assunto.

Daí que o site que coloco em cima seja tão interessante, pois analisa vários pontos da agenda politica e não apenas um.
